Our rental karts are normally available daily, Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 7pm (NCMP is closed on Monday and after Labor Day NCMP is closed on Tuesday as well). Please call ahead to make sure we do not have a corporate event or major karting event, as the rental karts may not be available at that time.
Rules for the NCMP Road Course -
We have helmets and driving jackets available as part of your kart rental. Helmets must be worn, as well as full suits or driving jacket with pants. Full length pants and closed toe shoes are required.
All drivers must be 14 years or older. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the parental release form, as well as provide proof of age. Without that form you will not be allowed to drive the rental karts.
Rules for the NCMP Slick Track Oval -
There is no age minimum for the slick track but riders must be at least 54" tall. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the parental release form. Without that form you will not be allowed to drive the rental karts.
No helmets are required on the slick track. Also shorts, tank tops and open toe shoes are allowed.
With the slick track being a stand alone track, rides are always available anytime NCMP is open.
With the completion of our back road course section, our road course rental karts have become available on a more regular basis. NCMP road course rental karts are available on many race days now. Please give us a call or email to check availability on race days.
