About New Castle Motorsports Park

New Castle Motorsports Park is a state of the art karting facility. The 1 mile road course features a 950 foot back straight, multiple layouts, MyLaps Scoring System, 28 foot track width, concrete curbing, paved pit roads, grid area and parking lot. Track amenities include over 60 Rental Garages, a 2000 sq ft on site kart shop, RV Parking with electrical hookups and some full hookups, The Racer's Grill trackside restaurant and the second story Champions Club great for hosting corporate events and private parties complete with TV's, seating area and a wet bar.

NCMP is home to the Kart Racers of America, a club kart racing organization with 14 races a year and events averaging over 200 entries per race. NCMP also hosts many National Karting touring events every year like the United States Pro Kart Series, SuperKarts! USA, Rotax Trophy Cup, Cup Karts Grand Nationals and Divisional Karting Championships, local club races and special events throughout the year.

NCMP also has a paved karting oval just short of 1/4 mile long with a smaller 1/4 mile road course attached. The track is 40 foot wide with a paper clip like design for the oval with a 1/4 mile road course with elevation changes that can be run as a 1/2 mile road course when put together or both tracks ran separately.

NCMP has corporate events available with its line of corporate rental karts featuring Honda GX200 engines mounted on real racing karts. At NCMP we can offer organizations a complete race program with catering, endurance team races and more. NCMP can also host bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthday parties and other special events.

NCMP also offers rental karts for drivers 14 and up on our big track that want to experience this unique facility and the excitement of driving a kart without the need to purchase their own equipment. There is no age minimum to ride our rental karts on our Slick Track, just a height minimum, see pricing and requirements for our rental karts.

NCMP is also the home of what was the annual Robopong 200 TaG Endurance Race. The Robopong 200 was a 200 lap ProAm kart race that took place at the end of the racing season from 2005 to 2013 with driver changes and pit stops with refueling and tire changes as part of the excitement of the event. The Robopong 200 featured some of racing's biggest stars, including past Robopong event winner, two-time Indy 500 winner and Indycar Champion Dan Wheldon, fellow Indy 500 winner and Indycar Champion Scott Dixon, Indycar Champion and two-time Indy 500 winner Josef Newgarden, Indy 500 winner and Indycar Champion Will Power, Brickyard 400 winner Ricky Rudd from NASCAR and many more future and current stars of auto racing!
